The weather has been pleasant, but the mornings and evenings have started to feel chilly.
I would like to report on the recent MOA Museum Shimonoseki Children’s Art Exhibition.
A total of 979 entries were submitted for the calligraphy category from 36 elementary schools in Shimonoseki City.
All the students from our calligraphy school worked hard and submitted their works.
Among them, two students were honored with awards: one received the Gold Prize, and the other the Silver Prize.
Chiyu, a 6th grader, won the Gold Prize for the second consecutive time, while Yuga, a 3rd grader, received the Silver Prize on their first entry.
The MOA Museum National Children’s Art Exhibition in the Shimonoseki area, hosted by the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, was truly impressive and worth seeing for everyone.
